The front posts engineered to balance and secure the contact screws firmly to ensure it doesn’t clutter the tuning with constant vibration that occurs during the process of tattooing. An important part to have in handy in your tattoo kit in case your current one fails. The back binding post serves to attach one end of the two hooked prongs of the clipcord to the machine via small hole drilled into the shaft of the binding post.
